These services cater to individuals, businesses, institutions, and governmental agencies, predominantly within southwest Michigan communities. Its diverse deposit offerings encompass interest-bearing and non-interest checking accounts, various savings and money market accounts, time, savings, and demand deposits, as well as Certificates of Deposit (CDs) and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). The company extends various lending solutions. For consumers, these include home mortgages, equity loans, home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), auto and personal loans, and both direct and indirect financing for residential property and consumer goods. Business clients can access lines of credit, term loans, commercial real estate, commercial and industrial loans, agriculture loans, letters of credit, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, capital access loans, and specific financing for industrial, construction, real estate, and inventory needs. Additionally, the institution provides a suite of trust and investment services, such as investment management, trustee services, IRA rollovers, retirement plan administration, institutional and personal custody, estate settlement, wealth management, and advisory support for estate and wealth transfer planning and charitable giving. Safe deposit boxes and automated teller machines (ATMs) are also available. Furthermore, customers benefit from modern banking conveniences including online and mobile banking, bill payment, e-statements, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), ACH services, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, insurance, and merchant services. The bank also issues ATM, debit, credit, and gift cards.
