The Sierra Tactical Core Income Fund strives to generate overall returns, with a considerable portion derived from income, while simultaneously working to minimize market volatility and curb potential losses. The fund allocates its capital primarily to other investment vehicles, specifically open-end mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Notably, it maintains significant flexibility regarding the underlying assets held by these funds, with no predetermined constraints concerning issuer credit quality (including those classified as "high-yield" or "junk bonds"), company market capitalization, geographic location, or the individual maturity periods of the securities within those underlying funds.
