This fund endeavors to achieve its financial objectives predominantly by investing in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) affiliated with Schwab. Its established policy dictates that, in typical market environments, a minimum of 80% of its total assets (inclusive of net assets and any borrowed capital used for investment) will be allocated to underlying funds engineered to replicate the performance of particular market indices. The fund's strategic management is aligned with the specific target retirement year embedded in its name, predicated on an assumed retirement age of 65.
