The company holds an option agreement to acquire a 70% interest in the Scottie West gold project located in the Golden Triangle, the northwestern British Columbia; a 100% interest in the Borba 2 projects located in Portugal; and 100% interests in the Big Frank and Goldstorm South properties located in the western Chilcotin District of southwestern British Columbia. It also holds interest to acquire 100% equity interest in the Barrancos properties located in south Central Portugal. The company was formerly known as Industria Metals Inc. and changed its name to Goldplay Mining Inc. in November 2020. Goldplay Mining Inc. was incorporated in 2017 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
