The Invesco BulletShares 2030 Corporate Bond ETF (Fund) is based on the Invesco BulletShares Corporate Bond 2030 Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in corporate bonds that comprise the index. The Index seeks to measure the performance of a portfolio of US dollar-denominated, investment-grade corporate bonds with effective maturities in 2030. The Fund does not purchase all of the securities in the Index; instead, the Fund utilizes a "sampling" methodology to seek to achieve its investment objective. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced monthly. The Fund has a designated year of maturity of 2030 and will terminate on or about Dec. 15, 2030. It also makes growth capital and general refinancing. It prefers to make investments in companies engaged in the basic and growth manufacturing, business services, consumer products, health care products and services, and information technology service sectors. The fund will also consider investments in industries such as restaurants, retail, oil and gas, and technology sectors. It focuses on investments in Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest regions from its New York office, the Midwest region, from the Chicago office, and the Western region from the Los Angeles office. The fund typically invests between $20 million and $200 million and a maximum of $400 million in companies with an EBITDA between $10 million and $250 million.
