It also holds a 100% interest in the Mineral Hill gold, silver, and polymetallic property that comprises of 60 claims covering an area of 502 hectares located in Golden Triangle, Alaska. The company was formerly known as Heatherdale Resources Ltd. and changed its name to Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd. in April 2021. Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd. was incorporated in 2007 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
