Its loan products include consumer loans, such as new and used vehicle, motor homes and travel trailers, motorcycles and ATVs, boats and jet skis, snowmobiles, personal loans and notes, home improvement, vacations, Christmas, equipment, and savings/CD secured loans; commercial loans comprising small business lending, lines of credit, commercial real estate, equipment purchase, church, and professional loans; residential lending products, consisting of in-house and secondary market residential, construction, home equity, and land loans; and real estate mortgage and installment loans. The company also offers debit and credit cards; cash management, smart pay express, merchant, Citadel marketplace program, trust, safe deposit box, and reorder checks; investment products and services; and online, mobile, and telephone banking services. In addition, it invests in mortgage-backed securities and collateralized mortgage obligations.
