The fund seeks to generate income primarily by selling options contracts on its portfolio holdings, with the goal of distributing income on a weekly basis. CHPY also seeks capital appreciation through direct equity investments. The Adviser evaluates potential holdings based on stock and options liquidity, price levels, and implied volatility, and regularly reviews the portfolio to determine whether to add or remove positions.

The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities of the index. The index contains a minimum of 40 stocks, which are equally weighted, and no single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the index weight.
