The C-Tracks Exchange-Traded Notes Miller/Howard Strategic Dividend Reinvestor, are unsecured senior debt securities. The index is designed to track the performance of 30 equally weighted stocks traded on U.S. exchanges selected quarterly pursuant to rules based upon certain quantitative fundamental factors, including dividend yield, expected growth of dividend yield, market valuation relative to book value, return on invested capital relative to price-to-earnings ratio and trailing 26-week stock price momentum.

It prefers to make investments in companies engaged in the basic and growth manufacturing, business services, consumer products, health care products and services, and information technology service sectors. The fund will also consider investments in industries such as restaurants, retail, oil and gas, and technology sectors. It focuses on investments in Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest regions from its New York office, the Midwest region, from the Chicago office, and the Western region from the Los Angeles office.
