It has an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Delta-1/Eureka project, which consists of 245 mining claims totaling an area of 4,495 hectares located in the Thunder Bay district of Ontario; and the Delta-2 project comprising 237 claims covering an area of 12,650 hectares located in the Chibougamau Mining district of Quebec.
