Underlying funds will invest in income producing securities, including money market funds, corporate securities and municipal debt of any rating. Under normal market conditions, it will invest primarily in underlying funds focusing on investment grade and high yield corporate bonds; asset-backed and mortgage-back securities; emerging markets securities; United States government securities; sovereign debt; and preferred securities.
