Its products are distributed to retail supermarkets, and food service and direct sales markets located throughout the United States. The company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Midland Cattle Company, Inc., buys and sells feeder cattle in the wholesale market. Its sales primarily include fresh-boxed beef in traditional primals, such as short loins, ribs, chucks, rounds and frozen-boxed primals. It is also planning to acquire and process products, along with its beef, to produce convenience meals, including its Premium Beef precooked products, frozen ground chuck patties, additional precooked offerings, beef jerky, and sticks.
