The fund invests primarily in companies listed on U.S. national securities exchanges and in foreign companies through American Depositary Receipts or other types of depositary receipts, which are U.S. dollar denominated securities of foreign issuers listed on U.S. national securities exchanges. It invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of large-cap companies principally engaged in the business of providing financial services. The fund is non-diversified.

The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. Standard & Poor's compiles, maintains and calculates the Index, which is composed of 50 securities traded on the S&P 500 Index that historically have provided high dividend yields and low volatility. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July.
