The company also holds 100% interest in the Carheil project encompasses approximately 5,400 acres of contiguous land located in the Abitibi region of Quebec. The company was formerly known as Adroit Resources Inc. and changed its name to iMetal Resources Inc. in November 2015. iMetal Resources Inc. was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
