The company also holds a 100% interest in the Miss Pickle Island property that consists of 950 hectares located in the Dunnage Coaker Corridor; and the Chapel Island property comprises 54 mining claims situated in northeast-central Newfoundland. The company was formerly known as Rosita Mining Corporation and changed its name to King Global Ventures Inc. in September 2019. King Global Ventures Inc. is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
