The company also provides business checking and savings, and payroll card accounts; construction loans, such as builders' speculative and pre-sale and commercial builder loans; commercial loans, including equipment, facilities purchase, debt refinancing, and real estate loans; and seasonal cash needs, inventory financing, and receivables financing lines of credit. In addition, it offers merchant, payroll, cash management, and remote deposit services; and mortgage services, including home purchase, home refinance, construction/permanent loans. Further, the company provides wealth management services comprising investment management, financial and retirement planning, trust and estate, and private banking services. It operates through nine full service branch offices located in Kenly, Goldsboro, Wilson, Garner, Selma, Clayton, Wendell, Four Oaks, and Smithfield, North Carolina. The company was incorporated in 1924 and is headquartered in Smithfield, North Carolina.
