The index is designed to measure the performance of all non-energy master limited partnerships ("MLPs") listed on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"), NYSE MKT or NASDAQ with market capitalization of at least $100 million. The Securities seek to approximate the monthly returns that might be available to investors through a leveraged "long" investment in the index constituent securities.
