The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective through exposure to the top companies in the Nasdaq-100 Index (the “Nasdaq-100”), as represented in the Nasdaq-100 Mega Index (the “Index”). The Nasdaq-100 consists of securities of 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial companies listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC based on market capitalization.
