It serves transport operators, transport authorities, infrastructure operators, government agencies and local authorities, as well as event organizers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, rest of Europe, North America, and internationally. The company was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Leeds, the United Kingdom.
