The index applies equal weighting to its constituents, with additional caps to limit exposure to companies with persistent negative operating cash flow and excludes certain businesses to promote diversification and ideological neutrality. The ETF primarily holds all index components in the same proportions as the index and may use cash equivalents or derivatives for liquidity or portfolio management.
