The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Index is composed of 80 securities in the S&P MidCap 400 Index having both the highest "value scores" and "momentum scores". The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually on the third Friday of June and December.
