The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Index is composed of 60 securities in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index that have historically provided high dividend yields with lower volatility over the past 12 months. Volatility is a statistical measurement of the magnitude of up and down asset price fluctuations over time. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually on the last business day in January and July.
