The company operates across four main segments: Commercial Bank, Retail Bank, Wealth Management, and Finance. Established in 1849, the company was originally named DETROITBANK Corporation before changing its name to Comerica Incorporated in July 1982. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Dallas, Texas.
