The Howard Hughes Corporation (HHC) is a real estate firm that acquires, manages, and develops commercial, residential, and hospitality properties throughout the United States. The company's operations are structured into four segments: Operating Assets, Master Planned Communities (MPCs), the Seaport District, and Strategic Developments. The Seaport District segment handles landlord operations, manages businesses, and organizes events and sponsorships. The Strategic Developments segment allocates capital to residential condominium and commercial property projects, with 18 development or redevelopment initiatives currently underway. The Howard Hughes Corporation was established in 2010 and its corporate headquarters are located in Dallas, Texas.
