The S&P 500 Index is composed of the following eleven sectors: Information Technology, Health Care, Financials, Consumer Discretionary, Communication Services, Industrials, Consumer Staples, Energy, Utilities, Real Estate, and Materials. Under normal market conditions, the sub-adviser will invest the fund's assets in all eleven sectors that comprise the S&P 500 Index. The sub-adviser may adjust holdings based on changes in the S&P 500 economic sector weightings.
