Its deposit offerings encompass a variety of account types, including savings, checking, money market, demand, and NOW accounts, in addition to individual retirement accounts (IRAs) and certificates of deposit. The company also extends a wide array of lending and financing options. These include funding for small businesses, notably Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, alongside working capital, equipment, and manufacturing loans. For real estate, it finances owner-occupied properties, offers long-term financing, and provides loans for commercial real estate, multi-family units, office buildings, industrial facilities, and construction projects, including mobile home parks.
