Altabancorp serves as the parent company for Altabank, a state-chartered financial institution offering a comprehensive array of retail and commercial banking solutions. Customers can access various deposit accounts, including checking, rewards checking, savings, and money market options, as well as individual retirement accounts and certificates of deposit. The company's lending portfolio is extensive, featuring commercial and residential real estate financing for acquisition, development, construction, and mortgages; commercial and industrial loans; and a range of consumer loans such as home equity, home improvement, automobile, and debt consolidation loans, alongside general consumer lending and SBA loans. Beyond these core offerings, Altabancorp provides credit and debit cards, investment opportunities in U.S. Agency, mortgage-backed, and municipal securities, plus modern banking conveniences. These include mobile and internet banking, ATM services, treasury management, remote deposit capture, bill payment, cashier's checks, money orders, and safe deposit box facilities. Serving a diverse clientele of real estate developers, contractors, small to medium-sized businesses, individuals, and professionals, the bank operates through 26 branch locations across Utah and southern Idaho. Established in 1905 and headquartered in American Fork, Utah, the company was formerly known as People's Utah Bancorp before adopting the Altabancorp name in July 2020.
