The company also holds 100% interest in the Teels project consisting of 403 placer claims, which covers an area of 7,914 acres located in West Central Nevada, the United States; the Alkali Spring project covering an area of 2,780 acres located in Nevada, the United States; and the Fox Creek Lithium project that covers an area of 315,060 acres located in Alberta, Canada. It also holds 49% interest in the Guayatoyoc project comprising 25 concessions covering an area of 230,000 acres located in the Province of Jujuy, Argentina.
