The IncomeSTKd 1x Bitcoin & 1x Gold Premium ETF (ISBG) aims to achieve overall growth by offering investors magnified, concurrent exposure to both Bitcoin and Gold. Its objective is to maintain a market sensitivity (beta) of approximately 1.0 for each underlying asset. Beyond integrating the performance from these two market-tracking strategies, ISBG also seeks to generate additional income through an overlying options premium strategy. To achieve its target beta levels, the fund allocates capital to a diverse array of instruments for both Bitcoin (including futures, exchange-traded funds/products, and options on indices) and Gold (such as futures, ETFs, ETPs, and other derivatives). The fund employs leverage to amplify the combined returns of its Bitcoin and Gold strategies. This structure effectively means that for every dollar invested, the fund strives to provide roughly one dollar of Bitcoin exposure and one dollar of Gold exposure. To maintain continuous market access, futures contracts are routinely rolled over. A significant portion of its net assets, typically ranging from 10% to 65%, is held in highly liquid collateral, such as U.S. Treasury bills, money market funds, and cash equivalents. While the target beta is 1.0, the actual realized beta for each asset class commonly fluctuates between 0.8 and 1.2 due to market dynamics. Furthermore, the fund retains the option to invest up to 25% of its assets into a wholly-owned subsidiary domiciled in the Cayman Islands.
