Triumph Financial, Inc. operates as a financial holding company, overseeing TBK Bank, SSB, which delivers a comprehensive suite of banking and commercial finance solutions. These services are tailored for both individual retail clients and small-to-mid-sized businesses across the United States. The company organizes its operations into four primary segments: Banking, Factoring, Payments, and Corporate. Its deposit offerings include standard checking, savings, and money market accounts, in addition to certificates of deposit. On the lending side, Triumph provides a diverse portfolio of credit options, such as commercial and industrial loans, financing for capital equipment acquisition, and business loans aimed at working capital and operational needs. Further credit facilities encompass asset-based lending, equipment and premium finance, and real estate loans for commercial properties. The company also extends factoring services to clients in both the transportation and non-transportation sectors, offers agricultural loans, and finances commercial construction, land purchases, and land development projects. Additional loan products include mortgage warehouse facilities, residential real estate loans, and consumer credit. Beyond traditional banking, clients can access debit card services, electronic banking platforms, trust management, treasury solutions, and insurance brokerage. As of December 31, 2021, Triumph Financial operated through a network of 62 branches situated in various regions. This included 10 branches in the Quad Cities Metropolitan Area (Iowa and Illinois); 8 branches across northern and central Illinois; 38 branches throughout Colorado (comprising 31 in central and eastern parts, and 7 in southern Colorado); 3 branches in New Mexico; 2 branches in far western Kansas; and a specialized branch in Dallas, Texas, focused solely on deposit gathering activities. Triumph Financial, Inc. was established in 1981 and maintains its corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
